Elite Ninja Development

ABOUT US

We are Elite Ninja Development, we have a passion for fitness and fun! Bailey and Brandon have over 15 years of combined experience in High level sports.

In 2022 we founded Elite Ninja Development as we saw the increasing need for a fun athletic program for today's youth. With electronic screen time on the rise and physical activity on the decline, we feel it is vital to keep our kids active and healthy. We provide a well-rounded, highly instructional, and organised program. We are excited to share our passion with you and develop lasting relationships in our community.

Meet The Team!

Bailey Tsamantanis

Owner

In a brand new growing industry I have gotten the opportunity to work in a ninja program under Ally Johnson and Charles Mitchell, veterans in the ninja industry. In the year with them I learned how to manage and grow kids recreational programs and I have developed a successful competitive program, having students compete and qualify for the world stage. Before Ninja warrior I was in pursuit of amateur body building, I have a passion for fitness and personal training, helping others find a passion for their fitness and helping them with the journey of their health is an extremely fulfilling mission that I have. Through the journey of my own fitness I have come to the conclusion that Ninja Warrior is the ideal way of training due to the enjoyment of practice making adherence easier, having progressions established so that athletes can see their progress to feel rewarded and to have something to challenge themselves further when they feel as though they have plateaued, and lastly one massive benefit to training for Ninja Warrior is the functional fitness that comes with it. Training the body for everyday life with a higher and longer quality of life. Having a healthy obsession for Ninja, I seek to bring more awareness to the sport and community engagement focusing on the gyms and the athletes. Working with other gyms to establish strong healthy competitions for the development of our youth and athletes.

Brandon Duncan

Founder

I was fortunate to start my journey in Ninja under the tutelage of some of the best and brightest minds in the industry, My main education in Ninja came from the co-founder of the UNAA. The UNAA is the leading league in Ninja. In the time I spent with them, I learned not only how to coach Ninja at a high level, but also how to manage a Ninja program at that same high level. The environment I was educated in was centered around growth as a person and as a coach which allowed me to rapidly grow and learn. In my first year in the industry I went from a coach in training to developing and running my own competitive team with 40% of my athletes qualifying to compete at the world stage in the biggest league in Ninja. Before Ninja I was a multiple sport athlete with my main focus being football. I was lucky enough to play football at a very high level as an adolescent before finally coming to Chilliwack to play junior football with the Valley Huskers. Sport has been a central focus of my life and brought me to opportunities that never would have presented themselves otherwise. My goal with this company and with my life is to give back the knowledge and experience I have gained in my almost ten year career of playing sports at a high level. When I found Ninja I knew it was the perfect avenue for me to do this. Ninja is an amazing sport as a main focus or as supplemental training for the main sport a child is focused on. I wish Ninja had been an option for me when I was building my football and basketball career as it could have been the key to elevating my game to that next level. With Elite Ninja Development I want to help with building Ninja into being a sport that every household knows about, I also want to be a strong building block in building a thriving Ninja community in British Columbia as well as across Canada.

Kieran Casey

Assistant Director

Hi! I'm coach Kieran, I've been actively training both ninja and parkour for over three years now after having found the sport in high school. I am a firm believer in the benefits that ninja can provide. In terms of both practical strength and body awareness, the sport is unmatched. I've seen those benefits in my own journey as well as in so many that I've watched grow alongside me. I look forward to every class we have in the gym and I am excited to see kids be their best selves. Fun exercise is good exercise!

Emma Young

Coach

Hi, I’m Coach Emma! I joined the Elite Ninja Development team in the summer of 2025, and I truly enjoy working with kids and helping them grow. I believe in creating a positive space where every child feels motivated to try their best and have fun along the way. Outside of coaching, I love playing games and spending time with my family. I am excited to keep learning and growing as a coach while helping each ninja reach their full potential!

Kyle Grossman

Coach

Hi! I'm Coach Kyle, and I've been training ninja and parkour since 2021. I absolutely fell in love with the sport and the benefits it gave me, and I am super excited to be able to share that passion with my students! Some of my hobbies include weightlifting, bouldering, volleyball, various arts, and video games. I'll see you in the gym!

Aidan

Coach

Hey there! I’m coach Aidan. I’ve been doing flexibility and mobility training since the summer of 2023, and started weight lifting in the summer of 2024. I’ve also enjoyed bouldering since 2024’s Autumn season and I began my journeys in ninja, parkour, and Taekwondo in the summertime of 2025. I have for a long time considered mobility training to be a necessary component of a healthy lifestyle, and ninja offers that in spades. I’m thoroughly excited to share all these things that I’ve learned with my students here at Elite Ninja Development, and I look forward to seeing your kids in our classes!

Shaeden Affleck

Competitive Coach

Hey, I'm Coach Shaeden! I found the sport of Ninja around high school, and I started as someone who just needed a little more movement. I began coaching Ninja at 17. Fast-forward a couple years, and I am now in an incredible mental space with an extraordinary ninja family! This excuse for exercise transformed me into the best version of myself that I've ever been and the worldwide athlete I aspire to be. I'm looking forward to helping grow the Ninja Community and helping kids with courage, confidence, and kindness!
