In a brand new growing industry I have gotten the opportunity to work in a ninja program under Ally Johnson and Charles Mitchell, veterans in the ninja industry. In the year with them I learned how to manage and grow kids recreational programs and I have developed a successful competitive program, having students compete and qualify for the world stage. Before Ninja warrior I was in pursuit of amateur body building, I have a passion for fitness and personal training, helping others find a passion for their fitness and helping them with the journey of their health is an extremely fulfilling mission that I have. Through the journey of my own fitness I have come to the conclusion that Ninja Warrior is the ideal way of training due to the enjoyment of practice making adherence easier, having progressions established so that athletes can see their progress to feel rewarded and to have something to challenge themselves further when they feel as though they have plateaued, and lastly one massive benefit to training for Ninja Warrior is the functional fitness that comes with it. Training the body for everyday life with a higher and longer quality of life. Having a healthy obsession for Ninja, I seek to bring more awareness to the sport and community engagement focusing on the gyms and the athletes. Working with other gyms to establish strong healthy competitions for the development of our youth and athletes.
Hey, I'm Coach Shaeden! I found the sport of Ninja around high school, and I started as someone who just needed a little more movement. I began coaching Ninja at 17. Fast-forward a couple years, and I am now in an incredible mental space with an extraordinary ninja family! This excuse for exercise transformed me into the best version of myself that I've ever been and the worldwide athlete I aspire to be. I'm looking forward to helping grow the Ninja Community and helping kids with courage, confidence, and kindness!
